Aishetu Fatima Dozie is a visionary CEO, board director, and global finance executive with over 20 years of experience driving strategic value across diverse industries. As the founder and CEO of Bossy Cosmetics, Inc., she has transformed a mission-driven beauty brand into a high-growth retail powerhouse, securing national distribution through JCPenney, Nordstrom, Amazon, and QVC. Recognized as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2021 and 2023, the brand has also earned awards from Fast Company, Self, and Ebony magazines.

Under her leadership, Bossy Cosmetics has redefined how beauty companies empower professional women, integrating purpose with profitability and gaining recognition in outlets such as NPR, Forbes, and Allure.

Aishetu currently serves as a board director at The Vita Coco Company (NASDAQ: COCO), contributing her expertise on the Audit and Nomination, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committees. Her prior board experience includes serving on the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committees at Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Stockbroking and chairing the Compensation Committee for Altimeter Growth Corp (NASDAQ: AGCUU).

Before founding Bossy Cosmetics, Aishetu built a distinguished career in global finance, holding senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and The World Bank. She has advised CEOs and boards on over $130 billion in capital markets and M&A transactions, delivering critical insights for growth and innovation.

A Qualified Financial Expert, Aishetu combines her deep financial acumen with cross-functional expertise in consumer products, global strategy, and digital media. Her ability to navigate regulatory environments and competitive markets makes her a valuable contributor to corporate governance.

Aishetu holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has completed executive education programs at Harvard’s Kennedy School and Stanford University. As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, she is dedicated to empowering women leaders and fostering inclusive governance.
