Board Service
For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of serving on the boards of nonprofit, private, and publicly listed companies as a non-executive director. My board work has primarily focused on Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Finance committees, drawing on my nearly 20 years of experience in global financial services. I have also contributed to Nomination & Governance and Compensation committees, helping guide organizations through periods of transformation and growth.
There’s a reason it’s called board service — it’s truly an act of giving, offering one’s experience and judgment in support of society, stakeholders, shareholders, and customers alike. Serving in this capacity has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career, and I look forward to continuing to expand my contributions in the years ahead.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Entrepreneurship has been one of the most transformative chapters of my professional life. As the Founder and CEO of Bossy Cosmetics, I set out to build a mission-driven beauty brand that empowers ambitious women to look, feel, and be their best. What began as a vision to merge beauty and purpose has grown into an award-winning company recognized globally for its commitment to confidence, empowerment, and impact.
Drawing on my two decades of experience in global finance, I’ve navigated the challenges of scaling a consumer brand, building teams, and leading through uncertainty — lessons that have deepened my understanding of leadership, resilience, and innovation.
Founding and growing Bossy Cosmetics has not only strengthened my entrepreneurial instincts but has also reaffirmed my belief that business can be a powerful force for good. I look forward to continuing to build, invest in, and champion ventures that align profit with purpose.
